Azalea Apartments consists of two buildings, both on two levels, with main living areas on the ground floor and bedrooms above. Access to all units is through an internal hallway, as well as direct outdoor access through private patio areas.   Due to our performance as Construction Manager on Magnolia Apartments, the same Development Group requested we build their next multi-family rental complex, this time in Courtenay.   This reinforced our commitment to valued relationships, as we stress the importance of having a team approach during the building process in hopes our clients will want to continue working with us.
Pre-Construction services were completed in January 2018 and construction commenced in April 2018.
