Beginning in 1998, Saywell Contracting has grown to become one of the most experienced building remediation companies on Vancouver Island. Having undertaken one of Nanaimo’s first “leaky-condo” repairs in our first year, we have since completed numerous building envelope remediations throughout Vancouver Island and across BC.
We have also completed extensive work in tenant improvements and renovations to existing multi-family housing complexes and commercial businesses.
