Designed to bring much needed daycare spots to Nanaimo.
We were retained to construct a 600SF classroom building in addition to the existing daycare centre for Nanaimo Innovation Academy Daycare. This project allowed for a much-needed increased daycare capacity for the community of Nanaimo. The building is modern in character and features a 17’ high sloped roof with clerestory windows. A roll up garage door opens to a large concrete pad, expanding the overall ambiance of the space.
