Saywell Contracting Ltd. was retained once again by Nori Food Inc. to successfully complete an interior restaurant improvement for their newest business venture, Horang Restaurant and Market. The tenant improvement consisted of completing a brand new 2,765SF restaurant facility complete with Owner supplied kitchen equipment and designer finishes in an existing building shell. Front of house consists of a 40 seat capacity dining area and small distinct market area inclusive of a retail and take out entrance allowing the Owner to expand on their services. Patrons are greeted via a wood slat portal leading into a contemporary dining area. The interior space features modern lighting, wood slat ceiling and walls, dark wood furnishings, blackened metal and concrete finish elements.
