The scope of work entailed Preconstruction and Construction Management services for the renovation of the buildings interior common areas. The work specifically included relocation of the storefront entry and significant finish upgrades to the 650SF lobby, as well as finish upgrades to all hallways, stairwells and five common area washrooms.
