An upgrade to the existing Façade, including large timber elements and stone columns to provide an increased curb appeal on the corner of Hammond Bay Road and Old Island Hwy.

As the Construction Manager we worked closely with the owner, following design guidelines laid out by Interics Design Inc.

Situated on the highway entering Parksville, it was important to have the restaurant and existing motel present a clean and well-maintained appearance. With a path from the restaurant tying into the hotel, the landscaping compliments the existing business.

We helped facilitate the owner supplied equipment, including modern and sophisticated kitchen equipment.  The building is modern in character with uncluttered features and a sloped raised portion to emphasize the entry. The exposed structural timber in the outdoor patio area is carried through to other elements in the building including the entry and sloping roof.
