BC Transit’s Langford transit centre, situated along Henry Eng Place near the eastern shore of Langford Lake, is one of the province’s busiest transit vehicle repair facilities.

Through a competitive tendering process, Saywell Contracting was able to provide the most competitive price out of 5 contractors to BC Transit on this industrial expansion in Langford. The expansion consisted of a steel structure, extensive concrete footings and formwork and metal cladding to house buses during maintenance. The existing centre remained open and operational throughout construction.
